By using Aichologist, you agree to use it as a self-reflection tool. Aichologist is not medical care, therapy, diagnosis, treatment, medication guidance, or emergency support.

Use of the App

You are responsible for how you use the app and for the information you choose to enter. The app may generate AI-assisted reflections that can be incomplete or imperfect. Treat them as reflective prompts, not professional advice.

AI Conversations

Descriptions such as “AI friend” describe the conversational experience. You are interacting with AI, not a human friend or licensed therapist. Responses, memories, and automatic emotional observations may be inaccurate. Review them and use the in-app correction, forgetting, and deletion controls when needed.

Community Posts

The social feed is optional and distinct from Community Pulse. To publish, you must be 18 or older and explicitly confirm that your composed post may be shown to other users. Do not post threats, harassment, hate speech, sexually explicit material, exploitation, personal contact details, or identifying information about others. Do not use community posts for diagnosis, treatment instructions, or emergencies. Posts are subject to moderation and may be withheld or removed. Use the report and block controls for abusive content; contact support for additional help. You may delete your own posts.

Emergency and Crisis Situations

Do not rely on Aichologist in an emergency. If you may hurt yourself or someone else, or if you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or a trusted person right away.

Community Participation

When available, Community Pulse contributions are limited to people who are 18 or older and explicitly confirm adult eligibility and community consent. You must separately confirm each record you contribute. Private saves, conversation text, notes, and summaries are not automatically published. Community contributions remain internally linked to your account for ownership, retention, and deletion controls.

Community Pulse is an aggregate self-reflection feature, not a social feed, clinical assessment, or representative survey. Results use fixed completed UTC weeks, a minimum of 50 distinct eligible account owners, and rounded percentages. Availability may vary; these measures do not guarantee anonymity. Do not use the feature to try to identify another participant or evade participation and request limits.

You may withdraw contributions or revoke consent even when new participation is disabled. Contributions expire from calculations at 90 days from the source timestamp and are removed by the startup/hourly cleanup worker. Deleting a source record or your account also removes its linked contributions. See the Privacy Policy for the full community data-handling description.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the updated terms.
