Aichologist is an AI-guided emotional reflection app. It is designed for non-clinical self-reflection and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, medication advice, or emergency services.

Information We Process

When you use Aichologist, the app may process:

How We Use Information

We use this information to provide app functionality: generating guided check-ins, producing reflections, saving user-approved summaries, supporting safety-oriented flows, operating the backend, and troubleshooting service reliability.

AI Processing

User-submitted check-in content may be sent from the app to the Aichologist backend and then to an AI service provider to generate the requested reflection. Do not enter information you do not want processed for this purpose.

Saving, Accounts, and Memory

You can use the app without creating a named account. If you choose Sign in with Apple, your saved reflection summaries and mood entries are synchronized so they can be restored on another device. These saved records are encrypted before they are stored in our database. Raw answer trails and complete conversations are not included in cloud history.

Long-term memory is not enabled without your approval. Saved check-ins are controlled by the in-app save and memory-consent flow. You can choose to save a check-in, keep it only for the current day, or discard it.

Deletion

You can delete individual saved records in the app. If you connected Sign in with Apple, you can also delete your account and all associated cloud history from Settings. Account deletion is permanent.

Analytics, Attribution, and Purchases

Aichologist uses Mixpanel for limited product analytics, AppsFlyer Strict for app-install attribution and campaign measurement, and RevenueCat to provide subscriptions, purchases, restores, and premium entitlement status.

We do not send your free-text check-ins, mood values, selected feelings, session identifiers, or generated reflection content to Mixpanel or AppsFlyer. AppsFlyer Strict excludes access to the Apple advertising identifier (IDFA) and the AdSupport framework.

Tracking and Advertising

We may advertise Aichologist and measure campaign performance, but this version does not use IDFA or cross-app advertising tracking. We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising.

Safety

Aichologist may detect self-harm, harm-to-others, abuse, immediate danger, or severe disorientation signals and show safety-oriented support. The app is not an emergency service. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or a trusted person right away.
